1. Order Nature & Shipping Lead Time

All Toyota & Lexus hybrid lithium battery modules are pre-order cross-border goods.

The standard total lead time from full payment confirmation to UK delivery is 30 calendar days.

Minor delays caused by UK customs inspection, port congestion, international logistics emergencies or airline changes are uncontrollable factors and not considered seller breach of contract.

Order cancellation is free within 7 days after payment.

After 7 days, once production, export declaration or shipment is arranged, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

2. Vehicle Compatibility Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for confirming the correct vehicle model, year and battery specification before ordering.

We offer free compatibility checking, but we take no responsibility for wrong model selection made by the buyer.

3. 30-Day Return Policy (Official Store Standard)

We provide 30-day unconditional return rights after goods received, subject to the following conditions:

• Battery must be brand new, uninstalled, unmarked, undamaged, no power-on record, complete original packaging
• All return shipping fees, hazardous goods delivery fees and UK handling fees are fully covered by the buyer
• Returns must be sent to our designated UK return address guided by our after-sales team
• Any installed, disassembled, modified or man-damaged batteries are non-returnable

This policy complies with eBay large-item & hazardous goods rules and cross-border pre-order regulations.

4. 1-Year Official Warranty (Core Store Policy)

We provide 1-year manufacturer warranty, which is ONLY VALID after voltage test form submission.

Warranty Activation Process

1. Within 7 days after delivery, buyer must test the voltage of every single cell
2. Complete and submit our official 《Battery Cell Voltage Guarantee Form》
3. After our verification, the 1-year warranty officially takes effect

Warranty Coverage

Within 1 valid warranty year:

• If factory defect, abnormal cell voltage or non-human failure occurs
• Buyer provides updated voltage test data for comparison
• Verified factory faults qualify for free brand-new replacement

Warranty Void Conditions

• No initial voltage test form submitted within 7 days
• Battery installed, powered on, disassembled, modified or repaired
• Physical damage, water damage, burn damage or wrong wiring damage
• Improper storage or improper usage causing capacity loss
• Wrong vehicle installation caused by buyer’s mistake

All above situations void warranty completely, no exchange or refund.

5. Import Documents & Compliance

All products are legally imported to the UK.

Full set of official documents can be provided:

UN38.3, MSDS, transport certification, C88 customs document & UK VAT invoice.

Fully compliant with UK garage accounting, tax declaration and insurance requirements.

6. Waste Battery Collection Service

Free on-site waste battery collection is exclusive for customers who purchase our new battery modules.

No separate collection service & no compensation for old batteries.
